Lovely local Costa. Relatively new. Very comfy seating. Lovely staff, very helpful and great variety of savoury and sweet food. My only negative comments are lack of outdoor seating and unable to take dogs in unlike other Costas, the local Starbucks does allow them in. Other than that it's a canny meeting place.
Love this branch of Costa. Recently built. Staff are friendly, atmosphere is nice, people are friendly and there are healthy options such as fruit and all the meal options explain calories etc but the cakes are very tempting.

Absolutely lovely chippy ! I had stopped buying from chip shops as it was always disappointing but finding myself without bait and the shop next door wanted £3 for a sandwich I decided to give chippy a try and to my surprise it was lovely !
Lovely food and cheaper than other local chippys. 👌

Although quiet when we visited, to kill time one early afternoon, it was obvious from the depleted sandwiches and cakes they had been busy. Maybe 6-8 people other myself and sister but a very comfortable relaxed atmosphere. A very warm day outside so a hot drink wasn't on the top of my beverages. We were served two decent sized glasses of semi skimmed milk at the grand price of £1 for the two! Last of the big spenders I know. I would definitely return and try something to eat and maybe more adventurous to drink next time.
Lovely new place, coffee was excellent (I love a strong espresso), salted caramel cake wasn't too sweet and homemade, really good! The sitting area is nice, could do with a few extra touches on tables or something to make it feel a bit more homely if I'm being picky. Great little place, go here instead of Starbucks or Costa down the road if you want excellent coffee.

Best Chinese takeaway in County Durham, no word of a lie. I can't recommend this place enough! Top class!!
Good food but sometimes when you order by phone and are told it will be 20 minutes you turn up and still have to wait a while.

Food and service are good. Food is cooked to order quite often so might have to wait and it gets busy at times. Overall though, well worth a visit
I quite liked it. Quick service, and very nice meal. Have marked it as a useful stopping-off point on my regular trips to/from NE England.
